Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยฝ tsp garlic powder
- 1 ยฝ cups shredded Irish cheddar cheese
- ยฝ cup salsa
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeรฑo, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 strips crispy bacon, crumbled (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven โ Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Prepare Potatoes โ Toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake โ Bake for 20โ25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Add Cheese โ Sprinkle shredded Irish cheddar over the potatoes and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Top & Serve โ Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, jalapeรฑos, green onions, and bacon (if using). Serve immediately.
