Description: A hearty and savory dish made with lamb kidneys, Guinness beer, and mushroom sauce.

Serving size: 2-4 people.
- 10 Lambs Kidneys diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 oz chopped onions
- 2 clove crushed garlic
- 100ml Guinness
- 300ml cream
- 1 oz mushrooms
- 1/2 cube chicken stock
- dried marjoram
Sauté garlic, onions, mushrooms and diced kidneys in olive oil. Add Guinness and crumble in 1/2 chicken cube. Cook for about 5 minutes and then stir in cream and dried marjoram.
To thicken sauce blend 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch with small amount of milk & stir into sauce.
