SAUTEED LAMBS KIDNEYS WITH GUINNESS AND MUSHROOM SAUCE

Description: A hearty and savory dish made with lamb kidneys, Guinness beer, and mushroom sauce.

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes.

Cooking time: 30-40 minutes.

Serving size: 2-4 people.

  • 10 Lambs Kidneys diced 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 oz chopped onions 
  • 2 clove crushed garlic 
  • 100ml Guinness 
  • 300ml cream 
  • 1 oz mushrooms 
  • 1/2 cube chicken stock 
  • dried marjoram 

Sauté garlic, onions, mushrooms and diced kid­neys in olive oil. Add Guinness and crumble in 1/2 chicken cube. Cook for about 5 minutes and then stir in cream and dried marjoram. 

To thicken sauce blend 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch with small amount of milk & stir into sauce.
