Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup or cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor by adding more chocolate syrup, coffee, or whiskey according to your preference.
- Once mixed, pour the Irish Cream Liqueur into a clean, airtight bottle or container.
- Refrigerate the liqueur and shake well before using. It will keep for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
