IRISH CREAM FUDGE

Description: Creamy and indulgent fudge infused with the flavors of Irish cream. This lovely treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Serving size: Depends on the size of the fudge pieces

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  •  

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, heavy cream, Irish cream liqueur, and vanilla extract.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring for 4-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Once set, remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into small squares or desired shapes.
