GUINNESS FLOAT

On a hot summer day, this dessert-like drink is the perfect indulgence. The rich, malty flavor of Guinness stout pairs beautifully with the sweet, creamy vanilla ice cream, creating a refreshing and delectable treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (440 ml) Guinness stout
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Chill the Glass: Place a large glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill it.
  2. Pour the Guinness: Open the can of Guinness stout and slowly pour it into the chilled glass, filling about three-quarters of the way to allow room for the ice cream.
  3. Add the Ice Cream: Gently add two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of the Guinness.
  4. Serve Immediately: Serve with a spoon and a straw for sipping and scooping.
