- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Bread, Crackers, or vegetables, for serving
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped smoked salmon, fresh dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve the smoked salmon cheese spread with crackers, bread, or vegetables, such as celery, cucumber, or carrot sticks.
