SMOKED SALMON CHEESE SPREAD

Description: A creamy and flavorful spread made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and other ingredients.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Serving size: Makes about 2 cups

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Bread, Crackers,  or vegetables, for serving
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped smoked salmon, fresh dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve the smoked salmon cheese spread with crackers, bread, or vegetables, such as celery, cucumber, or carrot sticks.
