IRISH WHISKEY SOUR

Description:  The Irish Whiskey Sour is a timeless cocktail that perfectly balances the richness of Irish whiskey with the zing of fresh lemon juice and the subtle sweetness of simple syrup. The addition of egg white adds a velvety frothiness to this classic drink.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist or cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
