IRISH SMOKED SALMON CANAPÉS

Description: These Irish-inspired canapés feature delicate smoked salmon layered atop creamy cream cheese, garnished with fresh dill for a burst of herbal freshness.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 canapés


Ingredients:

  • 100g high-quality Irish smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • Fresh dill sprigs
  • Crisp crackers or thinly sliced Irish cucumber rounds
  • Optional toppings: capers, finely diced Irish red onion, lemon juice


Instructions:

  • If using crackers, arrange them on a serving platter.
  • If using cucumber rounds, pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto each cracker or cucumber round.
  • Top each canapé with a small slice of Irish smoked salmon.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill on each canapé.
  • For additional flavor, add capers, finely diced Irish red onion, or a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
