Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated potatoes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
- Combine the grated potatoes, flour, milk, egg, scallions (if using), salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until a thick batter forms.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter in it.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
