- 4 large eggs, separated

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish or individual ramekins.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, flour, and milk to the egg yolk mixture. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
