Instructions:
- Prepare the Choux Pastry:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth and glossy.
- Transfer the choux pastry dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
- Pipe small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Prepare the Irish Cream Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
