- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, heavy cream, Irish cream liqueur, and vanilla extract.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
