- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strong coffee
- 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
