  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped lobster tails and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  3. Add the whiskey to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until it reduces by half.
  4. Add the heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve the lobster in the sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
