BEEF AND STOUT SKEWERS

Description: These Beef and Stout Skewers are perfect for a hearty meal, offering a rich blend of flavors thanks to a marinade of stout beer and garlic that tenderizes the beef. Grilled to perfection, each skewer combines juicy beef with subtle smoky undertones, making them a great choice for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus 1-2 hours for marinating)

Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes

Serving Size: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup stout beer
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix the stout, minced garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes, ensuring they’re well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Prepare the Skewers: Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  4. Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, turning to ensure even browning. Grill until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Tips:
For added flavor, pair these skewers with a dipping sauce made from mustard, sour cream, and fresh herbs. Enjoy them with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
