- ¼ cup cabbage, thinly sliced

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- ¼ tsp caraway seeds (optional, for extra flavor)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra tang)
Instructions
- Sauté the Cabbage: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cabbage, caraway seeds (if using), and black pepper. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until the cabbage is soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Quesadilla: Spread Dijon mustard over half of the tortilla (if using). Evenly layer the corned beef, sautéed cabbage, and Swiss cheese over the mustard. Fold the tortilla in half to form a semicircle.
- Cook the Quesadilla: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
