Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped chives or parsley
- Savory fillings of your choice (shredded corned beef and sautéed cabbage, smoked salmon and cream cheese, caramelized onions and Irish cheddar, sliced Irish bacon)
- Balsamic glaze for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
