IRISH EGG NOG

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream and additional ground nutmeg for garnish (optional)
