HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM

Description: A creamy and boozy liqueur made with Irish whiskey, cream, and other flavorings.

Serving size: Makes about 4 cups

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract (optional)
  1. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee granules, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Store the Irish cream in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
  5. To serve, shake the bottle well and pour the Irish cream over ice. Enjoy!

Note: This recipe can be easily adjusted to your taste. You can add more or less whiskey, chocolate syrup, or coffee granules to suit your preferences.
